RMA Service

Thank you for buying products from Conson. To protect our customers’ rights and ensure excellent after-sale service of Conson, we make the service terms and conditions according to the related laws of China.

Warranty Period:

12 months after the shipment.

RMA Scope:

A. The defects are caused by the hardware faults and manufacturing faults under correct operation.

B. The following conditions are not in our RMA Scope.

  1. The products are not from Conson.
  2. The defects are beyond the Warranty Period.
  3. The products have been changed by the third parts, which are not authorized by Conson.
  4. The defects are caused by the improper operation.
  5. The defects are caused by accident.
  6. The defects are caused by other conditions, which are not due to the fault of Conson.

RMA Procedure:

Our customers should ship the defects to us as following procedures. If not, Conson is not responsible for the reparation or replacement of defects.

  1. Make sure the goods are our products and within warranty.
  2. Send RMA details first by Fax or E-mail.
  3. We will assign a RMA number to customer within 3 day.
  4. Send out the shipment with one week to us in freight prepaid.
  5. We will check the arrived goods and send our confirmation within 2 days of the RMA arrival.
  6. The repairing period is normally in two weeks. If the goods cannot be returned on time, we will inform our customer and provide another solution.
  7. We will send out the repaired goods to customer in bearing the freight.

Surcharge Scope:

  1. The defects beyond warranty period.
  2. The replacement for shell, or accessories.

Other Important Points:

  1. Conson has the right to choose reparation and replacement for the defects.
  2. Conson will only replace products with same model and specification as defects.
  3. Conson isn’t responsible for the data loss and related damnum during reparation.
